I am appalled by the service and billing practices. Just because the doctor has an office inside the building, I have to pay a facility fee every time as if I was admitted to the hospital. I will not agree to see any doctor in this building due to unfair billing practices.
Had an appointment at 2pm, I'm still here and it's almost 4pm, all I need is a cast, they said I should be in shortly based on my appointment Time, which is bulls**t, first and last time coming here!
this place has a hidden facility fee that they tell no one about until you get billed..i called twice before I came here and was told no there is no fee..but I knew better so I checked again when I got here and sure enough I was misinformed..but since I was smarter than them I did t get stick paying it..i went somewhere else..so if you have a doctor here ask about how.mich costs you to see him here just because if this building.sounds like a huge scam to me..someine needs yo sue them if they get stuck with this unknown payment..
