They have a good selection of equipment especially for body builders do have a little bit of everything. Prices not too bad. Could do a little better on maintenance and cleanliness.
I love the variety of equipment it has to offer. My only complaint is the dumbell area is always a mess. There’s three different kinds of dumbells scattered. They’re not in order on the racks most of the time. They need to invest in a newer set that matches.
This Gym is a great place to go if your goal is overall health. They have a huge weight room for those people who want to tone up as well as some excellent classes with some amazing instructors. What first impressed me was their mission statement. The also have personal trainers who are going to make sure they create a personalized training regimen that fits your lifestyle and goals.
This place is awesome. My wife and I started coming here because it was the most affordable gym in the area that had a kids club. We didn't know much about it at all, but thought we would give it a try anyway. Here we are about 3 years later and it turned out to be the best gym I have ever been to. You can do your own thing or get the help you need. I have used Holly and Michael from the personal training staff for a specific rehab need. Both excellent and caring!
" salesmen " here! You know that personal trainer that that's always trying to sell you something that you don't need (Lifetime Fitness), and nobody trying to tell you that you can't wear this or that, make any noises, or drop the weights (planet fitness). So if your thinking about it give it a try, you might find that missing motivation in your routine. I know we did!
