Staff was very friendly, office was cleaned and organized. Dr. Zanotti was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Went in for a second opinion left feeling reassured. Awesome facility highly recommended!
Shows up late and makes you wait. Last time I saw him he sent in a student doctor and then when he came in spent least then 10 to 15 seconds on me. Not very friendly. When I asked him when I should come back he said "whenever"
Have not been able to even make an appointment at this office. Left a message as instructed to make an appointment with a promise of a return call with 2 hours. 4 hours later no call and still can not get anyone to answer the phone. Either they are so busy they can not possibly take another patient, or they are understaffed and can not handle any more patients. Either way I doubt I want to associate with this group. It is likely indicative of the type of treatment I would probably get. Are there any medical practices anywhere these days that are responsive to potential clients?
